Job Summary:

At BrightPath Kids, we're looking for a multi-talented and detail-oriented Content Creator to help bring our brand to life across multiple channels. We're seeking someone who is a quick learner, a collaborative team player, and can be trusted to work independently. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling instincts, visual design skills, and the ability to manage multiple content projects from concept to delivery.

In this role, you'll support our marketing efforts by producing content that drives enrollment, enhances brand visibility, and communicates effectively with both internal and external audiences. Your day-to-day work may include designing flyers, creating digital assets, capturing and editing photo/video content, writing social media and email copy, and supporting broader campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design

● Create engaging visual and written content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, email newsletters, blog posts, and internal portals.

● Design branded marketing materials (flyers, infographics, digital ads, email headers) using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

● Capture and edit photography and short-form videos by visiting centers or coordinating with content contributors.

Social Media Support

● Assist in planning, writing, and scheduling social media content in alignment with campaigns and seasonal initiatives.

● Monitor social channels and respond to comments/messages as needed, in coordination with the broader team.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

● Track content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and HubSpot.

● Share monthly insights and recommend improvements based on performance data and engagement trends.

Internal Communications & Influencer Support

● Contribute to internal communications by designing staff updates, newsletters, and training content.

● Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and performance tracking when needed.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or a related field.

● Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to capture and adapt brand voice across channels.

● Proficiency in design and social media tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot.

● Experience with video editing and short-form video platforms (e.g., Reels, TikTok) is a plus.

● Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on insights.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

● Self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Experience in early childhood education, family-focused brands, or multi-location marketing is considered an asset.
