We're seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman who can work hands-on with tools while leading and mentoring a team of carpenters and apprentices. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting blueprints, managing site layout, and coordinating with other trades on high-end residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

• Perform precise layout and oversee structural framing

• Supervise, train, and support carpenters and apprentices

• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and productivity on-site

• Coordinate daily tasks with project managers and other trades

• Actively contribute to hands-on carpentry work

• Problem-solve on site and maintain strong communication across teams

Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification in Carpentry (strongly preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and performing layout

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead by example while working alongside the crew

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
