Controller – Manufacturing Facility

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead the financial operations of our client's manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, while supporting operational decision-making with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and cost accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business planning

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuations, and variances

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax laws, and audit requirements

• Partner with operations and senior management to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

• CPA designation preferred with 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting/finance role

• Preferred 5+ years within a manufacturing facility

• Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing finance

• Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
