• Lead estimates for Design Build, CM, and Lump Sum projects
• Align bids with real-world conditions to manage risk and boost profitability.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape winning proposals
• Contribute to sustainable, community-shaping projects.

• 10+ years in commercial estimating (Design-Build, CM, Lump Sum)
• Experience with bids from $1 million to $50 million+
• Skilled in the use of Excel and other Estimating software.
• Strong communicator and collaborator
