A thriving and modern start-up dental practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager/Receptionist to join our close-knit team. Located in Surrey, the office is designed with the latest dental technology in a bright and inviting space, offering a comprehensive suite of services from general dentistry to specialized treatments. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team that includes one dentist, one hygienist and two dental assistants, all committed to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for everyone who walks through their doors.
Receptionist/ Office Manager/ Treatment Coordinator:- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including warmly greeting patients and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using Tracker dental software.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems.
- Handle all incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, tidy, and welcoming for all patients.
- Collaborate effectively with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Total hour per week expected: 32 hours (4 days per week)
- Office Hours: The office is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Admin Days: Mondays and Wednesdays are dedicated to administrative tasks.
- Weekend Availability: 1-2 Saturdays per month.
- Daily Hours: Usually 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Rate of Pay: $30 - $34 per hour. The rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office administration, preferably office management positions.
- Proficiency in Tracker dental software is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to dentistry and healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
