Job Summary

The Compliance & Loss Prevention Coordinator supports the company's safety, environmental, and loss prevention programs. This role ensures compliance with health and safety laws, investigates incidents, and promotes a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety records, track incidents, and prepare reports.

  • Coordinate fire drills and assist with safety training and onboarding.

  • Monitor changes in health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

  • Maintain updated MSDS records and chemical tracking.

  • Investigate theft, damage, and policy violations.

  • Support access control, CCTV, and general security procedures.

  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure compliance.

  • Assist during OHSA inspections and provide documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or relevant experience in health & safety or compliance.

  • 3+ years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or safety programs.

  • Knowledge of OHSA, security systems, and compliance standards.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Conditions

  • Office and warehouse environment.

  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).

  • Some local travel required.

  • Must be flexible with shift work.
