We are currently hiring for a Corporate Receptionist for our client in Toronto Ontario. Below you will find the job details:

Position: Corporate Receptionist
Shift: Full-Time - Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Rate: $25.63 per hour
Location: Toronto, Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Schedule meetings and events, working with customers in planning client meetings and retrieval of correct details
• Perform other duties on a large team of service associates as required: Servery, administration duties, meeting room setup/take down.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
