  • Coordinate contractor information sessions, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups to support the employer onboarding and satisfaction.

Marketing & Communications
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and tailor promotional materials and messaging through social media, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, and the website, directed at contractors, youth, parents, and employment counselors.
  • Support digital and in-person marketing efforts to boost program visibility and attract both employers and apprentice candidates.
  • Collect success stories, testimonials, and data to enhance future outreach strategies and impact reporting.
Who You Are
  • A skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships and opening doors for others.
  • Experienced in outreach, marketing, employment services, or education, ideally with knowledge of the construction or skilled trades sectors.
  • Familiar with Ontario's apprenticeship and employment landscape, including the needs of rural communities.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and on the road.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed.
Why Join This Organization?
  • Be part of a passionate team focused on building a stronger, skilled, and inclusive construction workforce.
  • Work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly support real outcomes for contractors and apprentices.
  • Enjoy meaningful autonomy, professional growth, and the chance to shape the future of workforce development in Ontario.
