Key Responsibilities:

• Perform abrasive blasting to prepare surfaces for powder coating
• Handle materials, including loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and materials
• Operate equipment and assist with powder coating applications
• Support production activities as needed and carry out tasks assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for the job
• Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
• Forklift license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
