What You'll Do:
- Be the Backbone: Support the front and back-of-house teams by keeping everything clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Keep It Spotless: From sparkling glasses to pristine floors, your attention to detail will make the restaurant shine.
- Banquet Hero: Assist with the setup and teardown of banquet spaces, ensuring every event is picture-perfect.
- Room Service Star: Help ensure timely and seamless room service deliveries to delight our guests.
- Be the Go-To: Help with stocking, setting up for service, and ensuring supplies are always within reach.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Lend a hand wherever it's needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!
What You'll Bring:
- 1 year Porter/Banquet Porter experience preferred - but we are willing to train.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- A love for staying busy and getting things done.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs).
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays—it's a Resort life, after all!
- A knack for creating seamless transitions from one event to the next—banquet setup pros, we're looking at you!
- Certification Required: Serve Right Nova Scotia certification and Food Handlers certification.
