Responsibilities
• Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
• Understand our customers' digital signage network objectives.
• Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the customer's network objectives.
• Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
• Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.
Skills and Competencies
We're looking for a customer service professional that is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content. The Account Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and need to excel with organization. He or She gather information from the customer and act as an internal representation of the customer inside the company. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure all the customers are receiving high touch customer service at all of their interactions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
