This role is key to ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, project management, warehousing, logistics, and installation teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a deep understanding of contract furniture dealership operations.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee all operational activities including project coordination, logistics, warehouse management, and installation scheduling
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows that improve project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary operations team, ensuring high performance and collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, design, and project management to ensure smooth project hand-offs and execution
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships related to warehousing, transportation, and installation services
  • Monitor key performance metrics, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology/tools to enhance operational capabilities
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably within commercial furniture dealerships, interiors, or related industries
  • Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional teams in logistics, project coordination, and warehousing
  • Strong process-driven mindset with a track record of improving operational workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners
  • Familiarity with project management software and operational tools commonly used in furniture dealerships (e.g., CET Designer, ERP systems)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who thrives on accountability
