Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and preparation standards.
- Mentor, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee the use of POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or similar roles within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in supervising staff and managing team dynamics.
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and safety practices.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedford, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
