What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, healthcare, and real estate sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers — A&D firms, brokers, project managers, and end-users
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, PM, install) to deliver seamless project execution
- Represent the dealership in client meetings, pitch opportunities, industry events, and workplace strategy discussions
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and contribute to monthly/quarterly revenue goals
- Stay close to the market - tracking trends in workplace design, office strategy, and commercial real estate
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within contract furniture, workplace interiors, or a related field
- A strong understanding of the dealership/manufacturer ecosystem is ideal
- Experience working with (or selling to) A&D, brokers, PM firms, or corporate real estate teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers
- Proactive, self-motivated, and relationship-driven
- Bonus if you've worked in design, project coordination, or furniture sales previously
