We're looking for a proactive Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Calgary. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding top-tier talent for hard-to-fill roles. If you're energized by building relationships, diving deep into talent pipelines, and helping companies find the people who drive their success, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define sourcing strategies

  • Actively sourcing candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and cold outreach

  • Creating and optimizing job postings that resonate with the right audience

  • Managing candidate pipelines across industry sectors

  • Leveraging data and insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill

  • Contributing to employer branding and talent attraction efforts


Requirements
  • 2 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience sourcing for technical, engineering, or specialized roles is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A consultative and collaborative mindset — you're a true team player
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Post-secondary education in business, HR, or a related field is an asset
This is an on-site position in Downtown Calgary. Candidates must be in Calgary to be considered for this role.
