We're looking for a proactive Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Calgary. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding top-tier talent for hard-to-fill roles. What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define sourcing strategies
  

• Actively sourcing candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and cold outreach
  

• Creating and optimizing job postings that resonate with the right audience
  

• Managing candidate pipelines across industry sectors
  

• Leveraging data and insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill
  

• Contributing to employer branding and talent attraction efforts

Requirements

• 2 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  
• Proven experience sourcing for technical, engineering, or specialized roles is a plus
  
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  
• A consultative and collaborative mindset — you're a true team player
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  
• Post-secondary education in business, HR, or a related field is an asset
  

This is an on-site position in Downtown Calgary. Candidates must be in Calgary to be considered for this role.
