Requirements/Exigences:

• Must have experience in Collections or Banking
• Must live in one of the following: Ontario, Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick, Alberta, Saskatchewan
• Must speak French/Doit parler français
• Quiet workspace at home with high-speed internet/Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet à haute vitesse

Our Financial Customer Service Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

We have a permanent full-time opportunity in North York and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:

• Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
• Saturdays - 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
• Sunday - 1:00pm to 8:00pm EST
