• Oversee daily operation: Ensure all branch processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement policies: Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
• Staff leadership: Lead, motivate and develop staff through performance reviews, training and team-building activities.
• Cover positions as required based on staffing needs

What you need:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.

• Problem Solving: ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
