About Ping Identity:

At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.

Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.

While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.

We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.

As the Product Manager for our centralized UI team, you'll drive the strategy and execution of user interfaces that power the customer-facing experiences across our platform. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and front-end engineers to deliver unified, intuitive, and accessible experiences that scale across products.

This role requires strong front-end development knowledge, solid product management fundamentals, and the ability to bring clarity and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. You'll also lead accessibility initiatives and serve as the central point of contact to ensure inclusive design is embedded in our workflows.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the UI strategy: Define and drive a cohesive UI vision that supports multiple product lines and reflects customer needs and market trends.
  • Drive strategic insights: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and SWOT assessments to inform product direction and ensure decisions are grounded in real customer and market needs.
  • Align and prioritize across teams: Collaborate with other PMs to balance roadmap priorities and dependencies across various product areas.
  • Create and maintain shared roadmaps: Consolidate cross-team UI needs into a single roadmap with timelines and dependencies.
  • Drive delivery transparency: Ensure stakeholder visibility into development status, communicate scope changes, and coordinate handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Champion accessibility: Be the go-to expert and advocate for accessible design. Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure accessibility standards are met in all product areas.
  • Bridge technical and business needs: Partner with engineering to balance customer impact, feature development, and technical debt.
  • Support product messaging: Work with marketing, sales, and support to define clear UI-related product messaging.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Stay informed about emerging UI/UX practices and technologies to guide strategy and ensure the team is building forward-looking, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Champion user experience: Passionate about delivering high-quality, intuitive interfaces and deeply understanding user needs across a range of customer personas.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change, and moving initiatives forward even when not everything is fully defined.
What You Bring:
  • Proven product management experience driving cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in complex platform or enterprise environments.
  • Strong front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • A technical mindset with the ability to understand, discuss, and solve problems with engineers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms in both single-tenant and or multi-tenant environments.
Bonus Points:
  • Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and a passion for inclusive product design.
  • Experience with a SaaS platform.
  • Experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
