Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative at TELUS, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of TELUS products and services. You'll play a key role in helping customers stay connected through wireless, home, and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate TELUS solutions (e.g., mobility, internet, TV, and smart home products).
Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of TELUS products, services, promotions, and competitive offerings.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service.
Process sales transactions accurately using internal systems.
Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards (for retail roles).
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an asset.
