Job Duties:
- Process warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer policies
- Track claim progress and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims
- Verify repair orders for proper documentation and authorization
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate warranty records and reports
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
