Perhaps you're a fresh graduate looking for your first real gig, and are driven to make a difference in people's lives. Maybe you've been in the workforce for a while and are looking for a career shift. Either way, you're interested in working in an environment filled with opportunity and excitement, where you can make a lasting impact on a human level.
If the above sounds like you, we have a job opportunity for you. We're CannaConnect, one of Canada's leading medical cannabis clinics, focusing specifically on military veterans, RCMP, and First Responders. We are passionate about connecting individuals suffering from medical conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain with a trusted network of physicians and licensed cannabis producers. Our mission is to provide personalized care for individuals looking to improve their quality of life by educating them on how to effectively use medical cannabis, planting the seeds for a more natural path to health and wellness.
With this in mind, we're looking for a Clinic Manager to support our mission by providing tailored education and patient support services to both new and existing patients at our wellness lounge in Kingston.
Full-Time - Clinic ManagerHere at CannaConnect, we specialize in providing a safe and caring environment for our veteran clientele. Our clinics offer a unique cross between a medical clinic and a wellness lounge, allowing our patients to feel taken care of from a professional standpoint, while also enjoying an environment that is fun and inviting.
As a Clinic Manager, you will be a key contributor to all things related to patient care, as well as being a host/facilitator to anything going on in our wellness lounge. You will work closely with our Veteran Leads in the clinic and with programming. You'll be responsible for onboarding new patients, arranging their appointments with physicians, performing follow-up calls, and updating their files when necessary. You'll also provide our clients with the information and education they need to handle medical cannabis safely and effectively.
In addition to the patient-related services, you will also be responsible for helping to organize and run social events in our wellness lounge. This may include the occasional weekend or evening event. Some of your time will also be spent helping the team in the head office.
This will be a great opportunity if you are:- Personable: Not only do you love to talk, you love to connect with people. You have a knack for drawing people's attention and can make conversations with anybody you encounter.
- Detail Oriented: You don't like making little mistakes, and make sure that client files are accurate and free of any oversights.
- Driven: Organizational and personal success is always on your mind: it's what fuels you to strive for greater achievement.
Since we deal with medical cannabis, you probably think that we're a relaxed, easy-going bunch working in a fun atmosphere. You'd be correct! Speak up if you have an idea that can make us better.
We're in a start-up industry – and we've been around for most of it – and as it matures, there will be opportunities to grow and expand our operations. You could play a pivotal part in that. We believe in making a difference in people's lives. We invite all like-minded applicants to join us on this journey.
