We're currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Barrie. As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented individuals who share our commitment to excellence, innovation, and community.

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering successful electrical projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that each project meets high standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction.
You'll act as Project Manager for single-discipline projects and collaborate with our internal Project Management team on multi-disciplinary initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include preparing proposals, writing technical reports, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the design and execution of electrical engineering projects
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to your team
Coordinate with project managers on cross-disciplinary projects
Prepare project proposals, abstracts, and technical documentation
Uphold and promote the company's core values in all client interactions
Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO); registration in other provinces is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in an engineering consulting environment
Experience in industrial, commercial, and residential building design is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, NFPA standards, and other relevant codes
Experience with power and lighting systems design
