You will work closely with suppliers to ensure a high level of compliance and directly contribute to the organization's operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections at supplier facilities to evaluate the quality of delivered components.
  

• Lead quality reviews with suppliers to assess performance.
  

• Request and follow up on detailed corrective actions in case of non-conformities or recurring issues.
  

• Evaluate overall supplier quality performance and suggest improvement opportunities.
  

• Provide management with visibility on quality issues (presentations, tracking, etc.).
  

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical diploma in aerospace engineering (or equivalent experience).
  

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality or supplier quality assurance.
  

• Experience in the aerospace sector (asset).
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Comfortable with direct interactions with suppliers.
  

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  

• Availability to travel locally and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
