Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Representative:
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting with customers directly to answer product inquiries and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service & Sales Representatives to understand market trends & changes in consumer interactions
- Help track and analyze with the Customer Service & Sales Representative team customer interactions and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs with the Customer Service & Sales Representative team to sharpen sales and leadership skills
- Record and analyze consumer engagements to enhance & improve the sales delivery process
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively present service plans
- Having the ability to adapt to and overcome customer questions, concerns, or comments in a face-to-face setting
Qualifications and Requirements for the Customer Service & Sales Representative Role:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- You are a natural self-starter capable of working at a high level in an independent environment
- Adaptable, positive, and has an exceptional student mentality
- A desire to grow into leadership and management roles
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and overcoming obstacles from customers
