This is a foundational role - you'll be the first team member and play a key part in supporting the formation of a 6-person AdOps team. You'll collaborate with leadership and HR to support hiring, shape operational workflows, and eventually lead the day-to-day operations and development of the team. You'll also take ownership of campaign execution from launch to optimization and wrap-up, working closely with global partners and cross-functional teams.

What will you do?

Team Leadership & Support

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns - setup, trafficking, tagging, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Tackle delivery and pacing challenges with agility, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals and client expectations.

Optimization & Performance

  • Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., CTR, viewability, conversions) and apply insights to improve outcomes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements that scale across the team.
  • Work closely with internal account management teams to align on client objectives and delivery success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global teams across sales, creative, product, and engineering.
  • Act as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across campaign planning and execution.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising operations, media execution, or ad tech.
  • Deep hands-on experience with major DSPs and ad servers (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, CM360, Innovid).
  • Strong understanding of tagging, tracking pixels, QA, and trafficking best practices.
  • Comfortable working independently and building structure in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
  • You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren't 100% clear.
    • Obsess About Outcomes: You're outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
    • Evolve Through Change: You're adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it's our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.
We care about you (customise the section based on the country)
  • Growth Opportunity: Help build a new team from the ground up, with room to shape and grow into a senior leadership role
  • Resources & Training: Access to global best practices, cutting-edge tools, and mentorship
