As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll be the brain behind our daily operationsmatching clients and caregivers efficiently, solving last-minute changes like a pro, and keeping things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs and preferences
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
Solve scheduling puzzles and last-minute changes with a calm, solution-focused approach
Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling software (e.g., WellSky or similar)
Support the coordination team with administrative tasks as needed
Respond to calls and texts promptly and professionally

Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Excel at juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure
Are friendly and clear on the phone
