We are growing and looking for a confident, puzzle-loving professional to join our team as a Home Care Scheduler.

About the Role:
As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll be the brain behind our daily operationsmatching clients and caregivers efficiently, solving last-minute changes like a pro, and keeping things running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on flexibility, and loves turning chaos into order, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs and preferences

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff

  • Solve scheduling puzzles and last-minute changes with a calm, solution-focused approach

  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and scheduling software (e.g., WellSky or similar)

  • Support the coordination team with administrative tasks as needed

  • Respond to calls and texts promptly and professionally

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Love solving problems and thinking on your feet

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Excel at juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure

  • Are friendly and clear on the phone

  • Are tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs and scheduling software

  • Have previous experience in home care, healthcare, or scheduling (preferred)
