ABOUT THE ROLE
Uber Eats is seeking a Growth Marketing Assistant to build, execute, measure, and improve seasonal content strategies for our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail categories. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of seasonal and holiday moments on the platform. To be successful, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strategic planning and prioritization, and robust project management skills to effectively handle multiple simultaneous demand-growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, has high ownership of their work, embraces a collaborative "all hands on deck" approach, and enjoys solving complex problems. You will partner cross-functionally with internal teams, ensuring the successful growth of our merchant partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build & Execute: Implement seasonal campaigns and customer strategies that enhance visibility and demand for Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail categories across the US and Canada. Your execution will directly drive seasonal growth and consumer engagement.
Analyze & Optimize: Measure and analyze campaign performance meticulously. Generate actionable insights to drive impactful improvements and share key learnings.
Program Improvements: Develop best practices for content optimization, considering channel, audience, timing, in-app placement, and other variables to drive seasonal.
Project Management: Monitor seasonal project plans and drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure on-time deployment across seasonal campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, growth operations, strategy, planning, management consulting, or related roles with a strong desire to expand skill set
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Track record of owning and executing cross-functional initiatives, with strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently execute complex tasks with high accuracy
Highly collaborative - engage and mobilize multiple teams to drive execution towards shared goals
Passionate about working at the intersection of merchandising and operations in the on-demand delivery space

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in eCommerce, grocery, or CPG merchandising is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred
