The Opportunity

We are growing our team and currently recruiting for Journeyman & Apprentice Welders to join our dynamic, safety-focused industrial crew in Dawson Creek, British Columbia.

We are looking for:

  • Journeyman Welders with proven experience in industrial settings
  • Registered Apprentices working toward their certification
  • Individuals with previous industrial or mechanical experience who are looking to start an apprenticeship - we're open to helping you take the next step in your career

What Will You Do

  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Perform welding using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and MCAW techniques
  • Cut, grind, drill, and stamp materials as needed
  • Conduct equipment maintenance in line with company and industry standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Communicate project progress with your supervisor

What You Bring

  • Journeyperson Welder certification or active Apprenticeship status
  • Valid safety certifications: AWP, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, WHMIS
  • Industrial or mechanical experience
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
  • Bonus: Experience operating zoom boom, skid steer, forklift, or overhead crane
