Location: Oshawa King St. W/Simcoe St. S

Event: Candlelight Concert Series

Position: Event Support Staff

Pay: $19/hr + 4% vacation (Paid July 11th via DD)

Schedule: One-day assignment July 5th (with potential for future events!)

Are you passionate about live events and looking for a fun, fast-paced opportunity? We're hiring Event Support Staff to help bring the magical Candlelight Concert Series to life! Join our team for a unique evening of music, ambiance, and memorable guest experiences.

Your Role Will Include:

• Unloading event supplies (candles, décor, merchandise) from the U-Haul
• Setting up the stage: arranging battery-operated candles, props, music stands, and banners
• Assisting with merchandise table setup and sales
• General cleaning/tidying between shows (garbage removal, candle reset)
• Ushering guests to their seats and answering questions
• Monitoring the audience during the concert and helping maintain a respectful atmosphere
• End-of-night teardown: packing and loading all items back into the U-Haul

What You Need to Know:

• All candles are battery-operated—no open flames
• You'll be interacting with guests—professionalism and a friendly attitude are a must
• Security will be onsite for support, but this is a calm, classy event with a respectful audience
• Comfortable shoes and an all-black outfit are required
