Arborist Foreman – Residential & Commercial Tree Work

We're hiring a skilled Arborist Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 on residential and commercial tree projects. If you're a confident climber with bucket truck experience who leads from the front and keeps safety first—this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Supervise a small tree crew on active job sites

• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, chainsaws, rigging, and climbing gear

• Lead tree removals, pruning, and complex rigging jobs

• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety protocols

• Coordinate jobsite timelines with the office team

• Keep worksites clean, safe, and professionally maintained

• Mentor and train crew members on the job

✅ What You Need

• Valid DZ license

• Strong climbing experience (spikes, saddle, rigging)

• Comfortable operating bucket trucks and power equipment

• Proven experience leading a crew on tree care/removal projects

• Training or certification in:

  • Chainsaw safety

  • Working at Heights

  • Forklift (an asset)

• Physically fit and comfortable in all weather conditions

• Own reliable vehicle to get to the yard daily

• Safety-first mindset is non-negotiable

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• ISA Certification or Arborist License

• First Aid/CPR

• Crane-assisted removal experience
