We're hiring a skilled Arborist Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 on residential and commercial tree projects. If you're a confident climber with bucket truck experience who leads from the front and keeps safety first—this is for you.
What You'll Do
Supervise a small tree crew on active job sites
Operate and maintain bucket trucks, chainsaws, rigging, and climbing gear
Lead tree removals, pruning, and complex rigging jobs
Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety protocols
Coordinate jobsite timelines with the office team
Keep worksites clean, safe, and professionally maintained
Mentor and train crew members on the job
✅ What You Need
Valid DZ license
Strong climbing experience (spikes, saddle, rigging)
Comfortable operating bucket trucks and power equipment
Proven experience leading a crew on tree care/removal projects
Training or certification in:
Chainsaw safety
Working at Heights
Forklift (an asset)
Physically fit and comfortable in all weather conditions
Own reliable vehicle to get to the yard daily
Safety-first mindset is non-negotiable
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
ISA Certification or Arborist License
First Aid/CPR
Crane-assisted removal experience
