BeatRoute is on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing & Communications Intern to help us make waves in the ticketing industry. If you're passionate about events, social media savvy, and ready to dive into a dynamic team, apply now!

Fine Print:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and increase readers and followers to BeatRoute Social Media accounts.
- Dedicated to bringing the latest news, reviews, and insights from the world of music
- Assist in writing and scheduling articles and posts across BeatRoute platforms.
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email campaigns to promote community amongst the BeatRoute subscribers.
- Generate compelling written and visual content including blog posts (articles), graphics, and videos to support marketing initiatives and engage our audience.
- Work with project management tools like Asana and Slack.
- Create, develop, and refine static graphic layouts for both print and digital applications, while ensuring designs adhere to brand identities. Create engaging short-format video edits tailored for Instagram Reels and TikTok content.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media and email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies
- Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and traffic to our website.
We are looking for someone with:
- Passion for Music: Deep knowledge and love for various music genres, artists, and the music industry as a whole.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and produce original, engaging content that stands out.
- Content Creation: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Design: Proficiency in graphic elements, typography, hierarchy, layout creation, and preparing artworks for final print or digital production.
- Editorial Experience: Previous experience in blogging, journalism, or content creation, particularly in the music industry, is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey ideas and messages through written and verbal communication, as well as through compelling visual content.
- Social Media Proficiency: Comprehension of how to manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook, including knowledge of best practices for engagement and community management.
