Now hiring Customer Service Representatives that are fluent in both French and English! Work from home! Full-time hours! Work in the telecommunications industry!

Requirements:

  • Must be currently living in Canada with a valid SIN.
  • Must be fluent in French and English.
  • Due to payroll requirements, all applicants must be currently living in one of the following provinces:
    • British Columbia

    • Ontario
    • New Brunswick
    • Nova Scotia
    • PEI

You will be communicating with customers through inbound calls, identifying customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or make product recommendations based on the customer's needs. Take payment, explain charges, and help customers to navigate self-serve.

Additional Requirements:

  • All applicants must be currently residing in Canada and able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on SIN.
  • You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 7 am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.
  • All applicants must be fluent in both French and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and have your computer hard-wired to the internet.
