Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse functions: picking and packing, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading, and wrapping goods
• Inspect all goods and verify the accuracy of shipment and associated documentation
• Assist in the coordination of RMA process
• Ensure work environment is always organized and clean
• Work in a safer manner by adhering to the established safety standards of the organization
• Assist in a variety of departmental tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in a warehouse position
• Must have a valid forklift license
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift truck
• Good communication skills; fluent language skills in English and preferred Chinese
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Office and UPS Worldship are required, and networking products skills preferred
• Safety-oriented team player with the ability to manage work processes
• A basic understanding of IT products, Inventory, and RMA procedures is an asset

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing frequently
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
