Responsibilities:

• Manage acquisitions, pricing, and sales of pre-owned vehicles
• Develop an in-depth understanding of current inventory and online presence
• Ensuring profitability of department and maintaining a positive customer experience
• Lead and motivate sales team
• Report to the general manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
