The Summer Student will be based out of Scarborough but will also travel to various construction sites for the purposes of fleet inventory activities. The Summer Student will report to the Department Manager, Fleet & Logistics. This position is for a 4-week contract period. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organizing file and fleet documents
• Driving to various construction sites for the purpose of assisting in the verification of fleet vehicles in the field
• Tidying the physical workspace as requested
• Assisting the Department on ad-hoc administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 Diploma

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in an administrative capacity is considered an asset

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work through to August 29, 2025
• Motivated, can-do attitude
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Willing and able to travel in and around the Greater Toronto Area
• Full Class G Ontario Driver's License
