The Role: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join Treefrog on a full-time 1-year contract. This role focuses on delivering a wide range of graphic design services, including accessible graphic design and creative brand identity development. You will be part of the Creative team and work closely with our Development, Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Client Services teams to shape visually engaging branding assets and collateral, particularly related to brand rollouts and digital marketing initiatives.

What You'll Work On

Youll lead and contribute to projects across a range of industries and marketing materials, including:

• Branded asset creation, including print and digital collateral
• Logo design and visual identity development
• Standard graphic design deliverables such as social media graphics, banners, email templates, presentations, signage, and print material related to brand rollouts and digital marketing
• Design of brand standards guides, including typography, colour systems, graphic styling, and application rules
• Website and interface design across multiple CMS platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Create brand identities from scratch, including logos, visual systems, and guidelines
• Produce high-quality graphic assets for both digital and print applications
• Design marketing and communications materials across platforms and media
• Ensure accessibility (AODA/WCAG) is integrated into design practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, strategists)
• Present concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and technologies

What You Bring

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• 35 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
• Proficiency in WordPress and understanding of responsive design principles
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Experience producing comprehensive brand standards guides
• Strong knowledge of WCAG/AODA compliance standards
• Experience presenting to clients and working in cross-disciplinary teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
