Lloydminster Toyota is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detail & Accessories Coordinator to support our growing Detail and Accessories Department. This is a key role that keeps operations running smoothly by ensuring vehicles are prepped to perfection and outfitted with the right accessories before delivery.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate scheduling of vehicle detailing and accessory installations
Liaise between sales, service, and parts departments to prioritize work orders
Ensure vehicles are cleaned, polished, and ready for delivery
Track accessory orders and manage inventory
Quality check completed work for accuracy and standards
Assist with locating and assigning jobs to team members based on workflow
Provide administrative support as needed, including basic reporting and communication with vendors
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in automotive or dealership operations an asset
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
Valid driver's license required
