Position Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key liaison between our customers and the service department. You'll provide clear communication, schedule appointments, recommend maintenance, and ensure each customer leaves with a positive impression of their service experience. This is a fast-paced, customer-driven role that requires professionalism, accuracy, and a passion for delivering great results.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries and appointments
Clearly explain vehicle issues and recommended maintenance or repairs
Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Process repair orders, payments, and warranty claims
Maintain a clean and organized service desk
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a service advisor or automotive customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with automotive systems and terminology an asset
Valid driver's license required
