Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Professional, you'll participate in an immersive, multi-phase development program designed to provide hands-on experience in every core business area. From supply chain operations to project sales, your journey will give you the skills and knowledge to thrive in a long-term leadership role.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

• Learn the product catalogue and understand the full supply chain lifecycle — from supplier to end customer.
  
• Support logistical functions that keep business operations running smoothly.
  

Phase 2: Operations

• Engage with the day-to-day functions of customer service and sales support.
  
• Work on order management, inventory and pricing strategies, credit control, and financial basics.
  

Phase 3: Inside Sales & Project Management

• Transition into managing large-scale client projects.
  
• Interpret project requirements and collaborate with contractors and technical teams.
  

Phase 4: Outside Sales & Account Management

• Develop new business opportunities and build meaningful relationships with clients and vendors.
  
• Learn how to sell technical products, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts effectively.
  

• A post-secondary graduate from any academic discipline
  
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and growth
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships
  
• An interest in sales, technical solutions, and business strategy
  
• Willingness to travel and participate in training phases nationwide (relocation support available)
