Associates will be responsible for:

• Gathering waste (cardboard, shrink wrap, metal, etc.) from lines
• Loading material onto a tow motor forklift
• Driving through a busy factory
• Appropriately discarding the waste

Associates will be required to take a proactive approach to keeping all areas tidy, including the compactor area clear of debris.

You must be able to:

• Push, pull, stretch, lift, and bend
• Lift up to 50lbs

Associates must be able to work rotating days and afternoon shifts. Good attendance and punctuality are a must. The shift is rotating every two weeks between days and afternoons, with shift times varying. Typically, your schedule will be given 1-2 months in advance.
