We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Services team. In this hybrid role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clients, while also supporting internal HR programs, projects, and day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What You'll Do
Recruitment Support
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with dealership managers to identify talent needs and implement hiring strategies.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person, and complete references and background checks.
- Prepare employment documentation, coordinate interview logistics, and support a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future needs.
HR Coordination
- Support HR Business Partners in preparing offer letters, onboarding materials, and policy documentation.
- Help manage HRIS records, digital employee handbooks, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding logistics.
- Assist in executing employee surveys, exit interviews, and reporting HR metrics (e.g. KPIs, turnover).
- Prepare branded content, presentations, and communications using Canva.
General Administration & Client Support
- Maintain schedules, track deadlines, and support team organization across multiple projects.
- Stay responsive, organized, and proactive while juggling multiple responsibilities.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role (staffing agency or in-house).
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and confident in all mediums.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as HR4, and digital tools.
- A wizard with AI tools and Canva for creating impactful HR and recruitment materials.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented, client-focused mindset.
What You Need
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client and team priorities.
- Flexibility in working hours to support client schedules as needed.
- Access to a car and valid driver's license for in-person client visits.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
