What You'll Do:

Your main focus will be to guide patients through their hearing journey, from assessment to fitting, with care, confidence, and compassion.

• Create outstanding patient experiences by offering expert counselling and support.

• Perform hearing assessments and evaluations to determine the best hearing solution for each individual.

• Fit and program hearing aids, and complete necessary documentation (e.g., Workers' Compensation, D.V.A., medical reports).

• Educate patients about their hearing loss and available technologies to improve their quality of life.

• Provide thorough follow-up care and ongoing support.

• Build strong community relationships through outreach and lead generation.

• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.

• Uphold all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Ontario.

• Passionate about improving lives through better hearing.

• Comfortable with the sales process, with a proven ability to connect solutions to patient needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A self-starter with excellent judgment and integrity.
