About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Manager / Director to lead and scale our inbound sales department. You'll manage a team of appointment setters and closers, build systems that scale, and coach reps to consistent, elite performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with the founders and 2nd-In-Command to implement vision, improve processes, and keep the team firing on all cylinders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to consistently hit and exceed KPIs and targets
- Conduct call reviews, trainings, and 1:1 coaching
- Run team huddles, sales meetings, and pipeline reviews
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales reps
- Track metrics and report performance insights to the leadership team
- Continuously optimize sales systems, tools, and workflows
- Collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, production)
- Own the CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience leading remote or hybrid sales teams
- Background in high-ticket, consultative, or physical product sales
- Strong coaching skills—you know how to build closers
- Experience working with KPIs and team accountability
- Technical proficiency with CRMs and digital tools
- Familiarity with consultative sales and other modern sales methodologies
- Bonus: Experience in DTC, cabin/shed/renovation products, or selling to homeowners
