In this role, you'll lead event execution from concept to completion—managing budgets, timelines, clients, and vendors—with a focus on top-tier service and flawless delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Own Client Relationships: Lead weekly meetings, share key updates, and anticipate evolving needs.
- Run the Numbers: Build and manage budgets, communicate updates, and reconcile expenses with accuracy.
- Drive Project Timelines: Coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and adjust schedules on the fly.
- Source & Negotiate: Build strong supplier networks and keep spend aligned with budget goals.
- Plan Like a Pro: Conduct site inspections, lead pre-travel calls, and oversee onsite logistics.
- Lead with Impact: Inspire a collaborative team, offer clear guidance, and ensure every program runs smoothly.
What You Bring:
- A background in events, hospitality, or travel.
- Proven skills in budgeting, client service, and project management.
