- Coordinate with the Delivery & Eligibility Review Branch (DERB) Senior Manager to ensure business scope and objectives are met
- Participate in an agile-based project developing user stories and use cases, collaborating design and user feedback sessions
- Conduct requirements focus groups with policy/business subject matter experts and stakeholder groups to obtain:
- Business requirements
- Stakeholder requirements (defining how stakeholders will interact and use the business solutions) and
- I&IT solution requirements (functional, non-functional and implementation)
Must-Have's:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience developing business models, use case models, conceptual and logical data models, process and data flow models, use case surveys, test cases, business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects
- Demonstrated experience in projects using an agile development methodology
- Advanced practical knowledge of presentation/project software, Microsoft software, with emphasis on Excel, Visio, Figma and DevOps
- Demonstrated experience in service and program management, program evaluation, program change coordination, and stakeholder communications
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring progress, resolving problems and reporting regularly to business and I&IT management decision-makers
