Overview

Do you thrive at the intersection of Agile methodology and automation? This hybrid opportunity within CI's Automation Practice seeks a passionate individual to blend their Scrum Master expertise with automation knowledge. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performing team that embraces agile values, optimizes efficiency, and delivers impactful results.

What You Will Do

As a Scrum Master:

• Fuel agility: Guide your team through sprints, ceremonies, and best practices, fostering self-organization and maximizing efficiency.
• Coach and champion: Motivate team members, solicit feedback, and identify opportunities for growth, creating a supportive and dynamic environment.
• Become the "glue": Bridge communication gaps between the Product Owner, Delivery Team, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution.

RPA Specialist:

• Champion automation: Evangelize the value of the Automation Practice across CI, showcasing its impact and fostering collaboration.
• Build for success: Lead the creation of clear goals and a well-groomed product backlog, while proactively removing roadblocks to keep sprints agile.
• Master of metrics: Track progress, report key value delivery metrics, and ensure transparency throughout the development process.
• Automation Controller: Manage and optimize process scheduling, resource allocation, exception analysis, and operational reporting for RPA processes, while providing first-line support and collaborating with RPA Developers for issue resolution.

What You Will Bring

• University degree or college diploma in the field of computer science and/or related field is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of RPA experience, and 2-3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master Certificate is an asset.
• Understanding of RPA development; preferably UiPath.
• Configure simple to complex robotic process automations (UiPath/Blue Prism) per business processes.
• Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out
• Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT
• Performing administrative jobs in the Blue Prism/UiPath live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc
