BRITT RADIUS provides a hybrid working model, where you have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. More in office time may be required during onboarding and training.

As a Surface Land Analyst, you will:

  • Prepare documentation for Freehold/Private lands and Crown land acquisitions including regulatory supporting documents
  • Prepare final client packages
  • Review titles, survey plans and mapping to determine third party required consents, prepared and send request letters
  • Prepare regulatory consultation and notification letters and packages (as per AER Directive 056 requirements as an example)
  • Provide updates to Project Managers
  • Prepare various applications (i.e., AMS, OneStop, ACO)
  • Update client reporting, land systems and project tracking tools
  • Work with other Analysts, Land Agents and Project Managers to ensure project tasks are completed accurately and on time

TO LAND THIS ROLE you need:

  • 1+ years Surface Land Analyst experience in a consulting services/broker environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Take initiative and be self-motivated
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and high levels of motivation
  • Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity
  • Willingness to challenge yourself and grow
