- Assist in preparing work plans and project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including site files, submittals, drawings, and purchase orders
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate procurement of equipment and materials with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to the Project Manager, and address any potential issues
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project changes and issues
- Ensure compliance with ESA regulations and manage permit applications
- Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items and deficiencies
- Contribute to process improvements and cost efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Travel to project sites for meetings as required
- Previews experience as a 309A Electrical Journeyperson, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience, ideally with an ICI contractor or subcontractor
- Strong knowledge of electrical and fire alarm systems, ESA regulations, and the Ontario Electrical Code
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); experience with scheduling tools is an asset
- Strong time management, organization, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, clients, and consultants
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
