Our client is a global enterprise software company seeking a strategic and hands-on AI leader to drive the adoption of AI tools across internal business units. This role will embed AI into core business operations to improve productivity, automate processes, and deliver measurable results.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

• Define and lead the internal AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Deploy applied AI tools across multiple departments
• Build KPIs to measure adoption, ROI, and business impact.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and business leaders.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior executives.
• Drive change management to embed AI into day-to-day operations.
  Qualifications and pre-requisites:
• 8+ years in AI/ML, with 3+ years leading enterprise AI strategy and implementation.
• Experience building AI business cases and measuring ROI.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Hands-on and comfortable working across both technical and business teams.
