We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll help build and strengthen the financial foundation of our company through budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic business support. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights and data-driven recommendations that influence key decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment and enjoys taking full ownership of financial processes. You should be equally comfortable executing detailed financial tasks and stepping back to provide strategic perspective. This role combines hands-on financial work with big-picture thinking, with a strong focus on shaping and evolving our finance function.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the company's annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting. Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic business objectives.

  • Process Development & Optimization: Help design and improve core financial processes, systems, and reporting tools in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with evolving infrastructure.

  • KPI Reporting & Metrics Development: Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and other growth-related financial indicators.
  • Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Deliver deep financial and operational analysis to guide business decisions. Translate data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and drive performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with leaders across departments to understand their financial priorities, provide analytical support, and deliver recommendations that align with overall company goals.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Analysis: Manage and contribute to special financial projects as needed, producing timely, high-quality analysis to support executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within SaaS or other high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and developing robust financial models to support strategic planning.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and other key performance indicators.

  • Experience in private equity-backed or growth-stage companies is highly valued.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable designing and refining financial processes and systems in a rapidly evolving organizational setting.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.

If you're passionate about finance and motivated by the opportunity to make an impact in the healthcare space-while building lasting relationships and delivering meaningful value-we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
